Living dining area
The open-plan core of the apartment has a bright dining area and a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV (satellite TV), stereo system and Blu-Ray player. Free WLAN is available throughout the apartment.

Kitchen
In the modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, fridge and freezer, as well as all imaginable cooking utensils and utensils. The dining area and terrace are within easy reach. There is also plenty of crockery and cutlery for longer stays.

Bedroom
Our vacation apartment has two separate bedrooms with natural light and blackout facilities.

The first bedroom has a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet.

The second bedroom consists of two single beds (1.00 x 2.00 m) with high-quality mattresses whose head and footboards can be electrically adjusted in height. Here, too, you will find plenty of space for your clothes in a large closet.

Bathroom
The large, modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, bathtub, washbasin, WC, towel radiator, bathroom furniture and hairdryer. Bathrobes are available free of charge on request.

Storeroom checkroom
Here you will find a convenient place to store your jackets, shoes and suitcases.

Terrace
You can access the 20 m² terrace directly from the kitchen. It is partly covered and can be shaded with a large parasol. The comfortable seating and large dining table invite you to linger.

• Parking is possible directly on the property.
• Bicycles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard and e-bikes can be charged there. Rental bikes and tandem bikes are available on request.
• Highchairs and baby cribs are available free of charge.
• A rollator as well as a shower chair and a wheelchair are available free of charge on request.
• Bathrobes are also available free of charge on request.
