• The price is for up to 2 persons. Each additional person is €20.00 per night.
• Prices are valid from January 1, 2024, and include additional costs (gas, electricity, water) and parking.
• The deposit is €300.00 and will be refunded via bank transfer after the stay.

• Final cleaning: €150.00 per stay.
• The holiday apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the respective terraces.

• Personal welcome and key handover will take place on-site.
• Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM (or by arrangement).

Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon booking. The remaining balance must be received in our account no later than 4 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, 100% of the payment is due in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If the tenant terminates the contract early without providing a replacement tenant who will fulfill the contract under the same conditions, the following costs are to be paid as compensation:

Cancellation Before the Start of the Rental Period

• Up to 49 days before the rental start date: 10% of the rental price.
• Up to 35 days before the rental start date: 30% of the rental price.
• Up to 21 days before the rental start date: 60% of the rental price.
• Up to 14 days before the rental start date: 90% of the rental price.
• Less than 14 days before the rental start date: 100% of the rental price.

The landlord will also make an effort to find a replacement tenant. Cancellations must be made in writing, with the date of receipt of the cancellation by the landlord being decisive.

If the tenant terminates the stay early, the full rental price is to be paid.
